Please comply with the instructions below for correct use and maintenance. If any failure occurs due to improper use, it may void your warranty.

  • Use proper power supply and full gauge copper wires for connecting to electrical supply.
  • Use proper electrical protection equipment like surge protector, MCB, MCCB, ELCB.
  • Warranty does not cover any water damage, fall damage, intentional damage, fire, flooding, handling damage, acts of nature.
  • Warranty excludes burning of motor due to high temperature or use under harsh operating temperatures.
  • Warranty excludes operation for dirty water or other liquid which is not clean or has high mineral contents.
  • Warranty valid only with warranty card and original VAT Invoice from authorized dealer.
  • We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations, if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure.
  • We reserve right to physical inspection of material at site to determine operating conditions.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
